Terms and conditions are binding for all purchases

We may accept your Order by issuing a confirmatory e-mail or mobile confirmation of the products specified in your order.

  • Order for Rs 999 and more to avail  Free Delivery Services (Delivery Areas View Now)
  • Now make your order (Rs  499 Minimum) with a delivery charge from Rs 30

DELIVERY SLOTS

Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order.
We currently offer 2 delivery slots every day Excluding Sunday.

  • Morning Slot – 10:30 am to 12:30 am (Cut Off Time : 11.30am)
  • Evening Slot – 3:30 pm to 06:30 pm (Cut Off Time: 5pm)
  • Order before 5pm for same day delivery
  • Current Delivery Places View Now

Only Special deliveries are available on Sundays (till 1pm). Orders after 5pm will be delivered next day morning. You will get Express delivery from Brands2home with a delivery charge of Rs 50.

PRICING AND BILLING

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. The final product cost may vary and the bill will be provided by Dhanya Supermarket during delivery (For orders above Rs 999). You will get Original GST bill from Dhanya Supermarket during delivery(For orders above Rs 999).

MODIFY/ CANCEL ORDER

An order confirmed can be modified or cancelled within One hour from the order by calling our Customer Care at 8281136422. You will not be able to make any changes to your order after an Hour.

PAYMENT

Now you can avail the Cash on Delivery option to buy products from dhanyasupermarket.com. You can also make Cash less payments using Paytm app and Google Pay. We will be shortly introducing other mode of payments like Debit and Credit cards(VISA / Mastercard) and Sodexo passes.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Kindly ensure that all the items are delivered by Dhanya Supermarket (For orders above Rs 999) according to the order and bill generated by Dhanya Supermarket. Complains after that will not be entertained.

RETURN OF GOODS

Return of goods will be entertained under proper reasons. Our delivery personnel will take back the items that had problems and adjust the payment accordingly. At the time of delivery, we encourage our customers to check the shipment and to ensure prompt delivery of all products you ordered.
